Job Summary

As a Partnerships Associate, Employer & Summit Partnerships at AdaMarie, you’ll play a key role in building and converting our employer partnership pipeline, with a strong focus on our flagship Career Navigation Summit and broader employer ecosystem.

You’ll identify and engage prospective employer partners, lead thoughtful outreach, and move conversations from first touch through discovery and into active partnership opportunities. This includes introducing companies to AdaMarie’s Summit, job board, and year-round engagement opportunities.

This isn’t a high-volume, transactional role. You’ll focus on targeted outreach, strong positioning, and building relationships that translate into meaningful partnerships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Run targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage high-fit employer partners aligned with AdaMarie’s Summit and job board offerings.
  • Research: Dive into target accounts, roles, and org structures to personalize messaging and reach the right stakeholders.
  • Call Ownership: Lead or support early-stage discovery conversations to qualify fit, uncover needs, and advance partnership discussions.
  • CRM Discipline: Keep activity, notes, and outcomes fully updated so the team has clean visibility into progress and wins.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, moving opportunities from initial outreach through discovery and into active conversations with the AdaMarie team.
  • Partnership Positioning: Clearly articulate the value of AdaMarie’s Summit, job board, and employer offerings in a way that resonates with hiring teams, talent leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Add-On Awareness: Identify opportunities to align partner needs with additional offerings, including job board visibility and Summit activations.
  • Collaboration: Work with Ops & Program leadership to refine outreach strategies and share learnings.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma required

  • Experience:

    • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR or similar role, ideally with exposure to consultative or partnership-focused sales.

    • Experience in an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier preferred) or small nonprofit environment.

    • Competitive in a grounded, team-oriented way, with strong critical-thinking skills and sound judgment.

    • Excellent written and verbal communicator, clear, confident, and an active listener.

    • A strong researcher who knows how to identify and reach the right stakeholders within an organization.

    • Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences and tailoring your message accordingly.

    • Highly accountable, you take ownership, follow through, and understand how your work directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.
