JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Advanced Clinical’s brand positioning to enhance industry awareness and drive growth. This includes overseeing marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, conferences, events, and content creation. The role balances strategic leadership with tactical execution to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts, ensuring Advanced Clinical’s position as a mid-market leader.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy which aligns with the organization’s corporate objectives and commercial strategy
- Develop and coordinate all external facing communications including but not limited to press releases and media outreach
- Manage and evaluate third party vendor relationships including advertising agencies, public relations firms, exhibit agencies, and related service providers
- Develop and implement an annual tradeshow/conference strategy that aligns with business development objectives and overall brand awareness to maximize client exposure
- Support and implement a robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework to effectively promote our brand to target customers while also engaging and attracting top talent.
- Responsible for select budget management in relation to marketing costs and functions
- Lead the enhancement of Advanced Clinical’s digital marketing strategy with the ability to measure results
- Enhance the overall content strategy to broaden awareness and drive Advanced Clinical’s participation as a thought leader
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget and report progress to the Vice President Commercial Strategy or designee
- Undertake and action on continual analysis of market trends
- Participate in meetings with senior leadership, as needed
- Facilitate internal communications
- Perform other tasks as the company may from time-to-time reasonably request.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience on a year to year basis is required.
- Ten years’ professional (corporate or agency) marketing experience.
- Business-to-business, CRO/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HubSpot plus excellent working knowledge of web-based applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional time management abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of a global organization.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 15% travel possible but negotiable)
- Proven ability to track and promote industry trends, preferably within the staffing and/or CRO sectors.

Pay Rate: $114,285.71 - $140,000.00 - $165,714.29 Annually
