JOB SUMMARY
As Senior Talent Engagement Manager, you lead recruitment efforts to attract, source, and engage with top talent, resulting in placing them on engagement with our clients. As an expert in the talent market and the industries we serve, you develop recruitment strategies that target candidates with specific skill sets and match them with clients / roles that are best mutual fit. As a brand ambassador of the Company, you share our value proposition and drive engagement with candidates and those on engagement through the Company. A successful Senior Talent Engagement Manager is an excellent communicator and skilled at developing relationships, while being highly self-motivated and working collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • Attract, source, and recruit top tier talent to place on engagements with our clients.
  • Identify and attract qualified talent using recruiting strategies such as leveraging the existing network, job postings, searching, sourcing, and direct recruiting.
  • Perform behavioral-based interviewing and screening processes to select qualified talent that best suits the clients’ needs.
  • Meet activity metrics and performance goals determined by the manager.

Talent Management and Retention

  • Efficiently and effectively use company tools and processes. Document activities accurately in the designated database.
  • Build meaningful long-term relationships with talent through consistent communication, providing support, and being a source of feedback and counsel.
  • Follow ethical employee relations practices to increase retention, enhance morale throughout their engagements, and promote referrals.
  • Utilize an understanding of relevant employment laws to ensure lawful employment practices during the recruitment and employment process.

Client Growth

  • Deliver exceptional service to the client and foster positive relationships to encourage increased sales.
  • In partnership with Business Development, develop an understanding of the clients’ needs, culture, and hiring objectives, identify business opportunities, and provide solutions to complex issues.
  • Leverage network to identify business development opportunities and provide qualified leads to the Business Development team.

REAL Teamwork

  • Work with Business Development to ensure recruiting activities complement sales activity.
  • Build relationships with colleagues and communicate frequently on open requisitions and upcoming client needs.
  • Work with the team toward meeting the overall department revenue and profitability goals.
  • Always represent the team professionally and ethically. Know and comply with the current Advanced Group policies, procedures, handbook, and demonstrate REAL values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales role preferably in a professional services environment. Experience in the Clinical Research/Drug development or Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics driven environment meeting revenue and profitability goals.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated use of deductive reasoning, research skills, and decision-making skills to solve problems and enhance results.
  • Ability to independently organize work to meet established objectives.
  • Driven to become the best in the industry through association involvement, continuous learning, and networking.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations with all levels of staff.

Pay Rate: $72,606.67 - $87,128.00 - $101,649.33 Annually
