The Team Leader will report into the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts and MSP Alliances. They will oversee and manage the recruitment strategy for offshore operations, ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies tailored for offshore markets, optimizing key metrics such as client coverage, time to submit, time to fill, quality of hire, and return on investment (ROI). The Team Leader will handle sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Additionally, the role includes leading a team of recruiters, fostering strong relationships with global clients, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Oversight
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for offshore recruitment, building a strong talent pipeline to meet global hiring needs.
- Candidate Matching:
- Match candidates in which they have phone screened to available jobs.
- Candidate Fraud Prevention:
- Adhere to Advanced Clinical policies and processes as it relates to Fraudulent Candidate Prevention.
- Metrics and Performance Management
- Key Metrics Monitoring Specific to Client Needs:
- Client Coverage: Track and analyze the extent of client coverage to ensure comprehensive engagement across key accounts.
- Time to Submit: Monitor the average time taken to submit candidates to clients, aiming for efficiency in candidate presentation.
- Time to Fill: Measure the time from job requisition to offer acceptance to optimize the recruitment process and reduce time-to-fill.
- Quality: Measure how many candidates are being reviewed by the hiring manager, interviewed, receiving offers.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate the ROI of recruitment activities by assessing the cost-effectiveness of hiring strategies and their impact on organizational success.
- Additional metrics as determined by Client and Senior Director
- Reporting and Improvement:
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance to management, covering key KPIs such as client coverage, time to submit, time to fill, and ROI.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment processes and team members, providing feedback and setting performance goals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analysis: Analyze recruitment trends and performance data to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunity.
- Improvement: Implement data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies, processes, and tools, ensuring continuous optimization of recruitment outcomes.
- Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Client Partnership:
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to identify trends and specific client needs in offshore recruitment. Ensure alignment of job roles with candidates’ career goals and improve offer acceptance rates.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor offshore recruitment teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Encourage collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on offshore recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for offshore positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of global labor and employment laws.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in the life sciences sector is highly preferred.
